Keno

Keno is the grand capital of Sodonia. It is by far the most populated place on the isle boasting a bazaar, many taverns and restaurants, a mage university, and a truly massive castle where the Lord of Keno resides. The city is the centre of all trade, politics, culture, and opportunity on the island. The majority of wealth earned on Sodonia is done right here in Keno and the city has to limit the amount of people who move here as many on the island wish to do so. In the streets you see many races rushing around the city from place to place buying and selling goods, and enjoying the local foods of the lands. At the center of the marketplace is a large fountain. Nearby sits a small lively band playing wooden instruments and drums taking donations. As you head towards the castle a guard stops you and tells you the Lord is not receiving visitors at this time and that you should return later when you can be of some use. You nod and wander back into the city.
