Vuela

They say the blue fields surrounding Vuela can be seen from every corner of Stroceta. And they probably wouldn't be wrong. It's an astonishing sight to behold, one which only grows as you draw closer and closer. The grass surrounds Vuela for miles around and in some places is almost as tall as a man. It is so soft to the touch as well, and though it has no discernable scent, it still makes you feel a little giddy. Vuela itself is the name of the Mage Academy which sits right in the centre of the island, which has produced generations of fine Mages and Sorcerers. Stories say that the grass around the academy was affected by the constant build up of energy over decades, spreading out across the land, infusing the ground with so much power that it began to grow wildly out of control. Some people refuse to go near it, as they are certain it has become tainted by the Aestus, poisonous to the touch, but it seems perfectly safe to you as you stroll slowly toward the mighty domes in the distance. Whatever the cause, it is beautiful and you are glad you got to see such a sight during your brief existence.
