Oolaktan
Oolak'tan was once the major town on Stroceta, home to numerous tribes and an oft-visited place for nomads. Over time however the population dwindled, until now it is a fairly small Mining town. For its size though, it is still quite a wealthy place to live, as there is a regular supply of ores and gemstones that come out of the mines.
