Lowlay Cove

Lowlay Cove is a small plain looking cove with a path leading from the top of a cliff down into the dark confines of a small cave network. At high tide the cave cannot be entered by foot, but can still be reached by boat and sections of the waterlogged cave are used by smugglers. An explorer should be careful here for to come across a Smuggler will certainly result in a fight to the death, however it is said that the currents going out to sea can also aid a careful navigators journey out to Portways. However at low tide those part cannot be reached and an alternative part of the cave becomes accessible, this new area reveals an immense cavern where the hermit Dragonian Flour-Serash lives.
